摘要
本文阐述了新疆农村广播电视工程建设和运行维护管理现状,分析了存在的问题,对构建新疆农村广播电视公共服务体系提出了建议。
This paper expounds the Xinjiang rural radio and television engineering construction and the present situation of operation and maintenance. It analyzes existing problems and puts forward suggestions about how to construct Xinjiang rural radio and TV public service system.
