摘要
介绍了中包塞棒机构的结构及控制原理,分析了中包塞棒机构故障产生的原因,提出了改进措施:加强了对中包塞棒机构的离线维护、制订了中包塞棒机构离线检查标准、对丝杆动作程序进行优化改进,以及对中包塞棒机构的伺服驱动器进行改进和线路整改,从而减少了中包塞棒机构的故障,保证了连铸机的生产稳定。
The structure and control principle of the stopper-rod mechanism was introduced in this paper as well as the fault analyses.The following improvements had been presented to reduce the fault rate and ensure the stability of the casting,such as enhancing the offline maintenance of the stopper-rod mechanism,working out the standard for the offline inspecting,optimizing the software used for the lead screw movement control,and improving the performance of the servo-actuator and the cable line.
