摘要 针对电动卧卷夹钳吊运热卷、薄卷、塔形卷等易损卷时经常夹伤或拉伤钢卷侧边造成质量事故现象,通过编写PLC程序、创新设计和使用机械零件和电气元件,实现了电动卧卷夹钳夹紧钢卷后自动反转调整出30mm的间隙,夹钳臂与钢卷侧边之间形成微量空间,月均钢卷夹伤降低了10%,钢卷完好率达到99%以上。 During the transportation of the hot rolled coil,thin gauge coil and telescopic coil by the motor-driven clamp,the edge of the coil was damaged by the clamp frequently.Through PLC program modification,innovative designing and using mechanical and electrical components,the 30 mm gap was achieved by automatically reversing the motor when the clamp clamped steel coil,and the trace space was formed between the clamping arms and the steel coil side.The monthly average damage rate of coil caused by clamping was reduced by 10 %.The rate of intact steel coil was increased to more than 99 %.
