摘要
对武钢二冷轧镀锌线焊缝过光整机机架的动作时序进行了综合研究,发现该光整机控制系统在等待焊缝、焊缝到来减轧制力以及焊缝过后加轧制力等方面存在需要优化的地方,针对现有设备的工艺特点,调整了过焊缝策略,调节了等待时间和动作斜率,提高了成材率。
Regarding the weld seam passing through SPM of CGL in WISCO No.2Cold rolling Complex,the action sequence had been studied and investigated comprehensively in this paper.It found that the SPM control system should be optimized in those aspects,namely the waiting time for the weld seam,rolling force reducing during the weld seam passing through and rolling force increasing after the weld seam passing through.Based on the technological features of the existing equipment,the weld seam passing through strategy has been optimized,for examples,the waiting time and action ramp curve.The yield has been increased after the optimization.
