介绍了某厂360M2环冷机设备在试运行阶段发生的不正常颤动故障,查找分析问题原因,针对此问题,在环冷机制作、安装、使用及维护方面提出了处理措施及有关要求。
The fault of abnormal vibration during commissioning of Model 360m^2 sintering circular cooler was described.The cause of the problems was identified and analyzed.Treatment measures and relevant requirements were proposed to deal with manufacturing,installation,operation and maintenance of the sintering circular cooler.
