摘要
某铁矿是全国闻名的难采矿山,其地质条件复杂,矿岩松软破碎,夹层多,巷道掘支极其困难。针对该矿施工中采取的光面爆破技术和现有支护形式,进行研究和再设计,对粉矿岩和块矿岩分别设计不同光面爆破参数,并根据揭露矿岩的实际情况,选择合适的支护形式,在现场实践中取得良好的技术经济效果。
Some iron mine is famous for the hard mining in China.The complex geological conditions,soft and fractured ore-rock and frequent rock sandwich make the excavating and supporting works quite difficult.The research and re-design had been implemented on the current smooth blasting technology and the support method used in this mine.The different smooth blasting parameters were designed for the powder ore and lump ore respectively,and the proper support method was selected based on the actual situation of disclosure of ore-rock,which achieved good technical and economic effect in practice.
