应用极坐标分析安氏Ⅱ^1错矫治前后的牙齿变化

Polar coordinate method in analyzing teeth changes of Angle class Ⅱdivision 1

目的:探讨运用极坐标测量分析方法评价安氏Ⅱ1错拔牙与非拔牙矫治的疗效。方法:随机选取安氏Ⅱ1错青少年患者40例分为拔牙组和非拔牙组,每组各20例。拔牙组患者实施安氏Ⅱ1错拔牙矫治治疗,非拔牙组患者实施安氏Ⅱ1错非拔牙矫治治疗,将治疗前后,两组患者的头颅侧位片应用极坐标测量方法,分析牙齿变化特征。结果:拔牙组患者的上齿槽缘点(θSpr)、上中切牙点(UI)均增大,有统计学差异(P<0.05);非拔牙组患者的ρUI、下中切牙点(Li)均增大,θSpr、UI、Li、下齿槽缘点(Id)均减小,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组比较ρUI、Li、θUI有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:两种矫治方法均能改善患者的安氏Ⅱ1错,主要改变在于牙齿的位置。

Objective:To investigate effects of Angle classⅡdivision 1 malocclusion with extraction and non-extraction treat-ment by polar coordinate analysis. Methods:20 extraction patients and 20 non-extraction patients of Angle classⅡdivision 1 maloc-clusion were selected, and the polar coordinate method was used to teeth change characteristics ofthe two groups. Results: After ex-traction treatment, superior prosthion (?Spr) andupper incisor (UI) were increased significantly(P<0. 05) in extraction group;while in non-extraction group,ρUI and Li were increased significantly,?Spr, UI, Li, and Id were decreased significantly(P<0. 05). There were statistical differences in ρUI, Li, and ?UI between the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusions: The two treatments both can im-prove Angle class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion, and the main change lies in the positions of teeth.
