微波配合序贯扩肛治疗陈旧性肛裂患者的临床分析

Clinical analysis of sequential anal dilatation combined with microwave in treatment of Patient with old anal fissure

目的:探讨微波配合序贯扩肛治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床疗效。方法:选取陈旧性肛裂患者78例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各39例。对照组患者采用后卫内括约肌部分切断治疗,治疗组患者采用微波配合序贯扩肛治疗。结果:观察组患者术中出血量、切口愈合时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用微波配合序贯扩肛治疗陈旧性肛裂,临床疗效显著。

Objective: To explore clinical therapeutic effects of sequential anal dilatation combined with microwave in treat-ment of Patient with old anal fissure. Methods:78 patients with old anal fissure were randomly divided into control group and treat-ment group with 39 cases in each group. The control group used the defender partial internal sphincterotomy and external treatment, while the treatment group used the microwave combined with sequential anal dilatation. Results:Thebleeding amount and wound heal-ing timeof observation group were lower than those of control group (P<0. 05), and the incidence of complications was lower than that of control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions:The microwave combined with sequential anal dilatation in the treatment of old anal fissure has significant clinical therapeutic effects.
