精神分裂症与抑郁症患者肌酸激酶活性差异性探讨

目的:探讨精神分裂症患者与抑郁症患者肌酸激酶(CK)活性差异特征。方法:采用《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》第三版(CCMD-3)筛选71例精神分裂症患者作为精神分裂症组,69例抑郁症患者作为抑郁症组。两组患者分别于入院时及治疗第4周抽取空腹静脉血样,测定血清CK活性并比较。结果:入院时,两组患者的CK活性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精神分裂症组患者治疗前后CK活性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后第4周两组患者的CK活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:入院时精神分裂症患者CK活性显著高于抑郁症患者。

Objective:To investigate creatine kinase ( CK) activity differences among patients with depression and schizophre-nia. Methods:Using 《China Classification and diagnostic criteria for mental disorder》third edition (CCMD-3), 71 cases of patients with schizophrenia and 69 cases of patients with depression were screened. Their fasting blood samples were drawn and serum CK activ-ity were determined at admission and 4 weeks after the treatment. Results:The difference of CK activity between schizophrenia and de-pression group at admission was statistically significant (P<0. 05), and that in schizophrenia before and after the treatment was also statistically significant (P<0. 05). However, there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the CK activity 4 weeks after the treatment (P>0. 05). Conclusions:The CK activity index in the patients with schizophrenia is significantly higher than that in the patients with depression at admission.
