多重护理模式对肺炎链球菌肺炎患者的影响研究

Study of effects of multiple nursing model on pneumococcal pneumonia patients

目的:研究多重护理模式对肺炎链球菌肺炎患者的影响。方法:将120例肺炎链球菌肺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者除常规护理外,实施多重护理模式。治疗结束后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对患者的心理状况进行评分,并且对两组患者的主要症状、体征以及X线胸片恢复时间进行了比较。结果:通过评价SAS量表并经过统计学分析,观察组患者焦虑者较少,对照组患者重度焦虑者多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者主要症状、体征以及X线胸片恢复正常时间,发现观察组患者恢复时间比对照组早,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多重护理模式可以明显降低患者的焦虑,有利于减轻患者的各项不良情绪,缩短患者的主要症状、体征以及X线胸片的恢复时间。

Objective:To study effects of multiple nursing model on pneumococcal pneumonia patients. Methods: 120 pa-tients with pneumococcal pneumonia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine nursing, while the experimental group was given the multiple nursing based on the routine nursing. At the end of the treatment, the self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS) was used to assess the psychological situations of the patients, and the main symptoms, signs, X-ray chest radiograph recovery time of the two groups were compared. Results:Through SAS and the statisti-cal analysis, the patients in the experimental group has no obvious anxiety, while many in the control group suffered from severe anxie-ty, and the difference had a statistical significance (P<0. 05). Through comparing the main symptoms, signs, and X-ray radiograph back to normal time, it found that the experimental group was earlier in these factors than control group, and the differences had the statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusions:The multiple nursing model can significantly reduce the patient's anxiety, is benefi-cial to alleviate patients in all kinds of bad feelings, and can shorten the patient's main symptoms, signs, X-ray chest radiograph re-covery time.
