恶性肿瘤患者手术中放疗的护理配合体会

Nursing and experience for patients with malignant tumors with intraoperative radiotherapy

目的:探讨总结恶性肿瘤患者手术中放疗的最佳护理方案。方法:将36例接受手术中放疗治疗的患者作为观察对象,随机将分为对照组和观察组,每组各18例。对照组患者在术中放疗治疗的围术期接受常规护理,观察组患者在术中放疗治疗的围术期接受综合护理。对比两组患者临床化疗效果及治疗相关并发症发生率。结果:对照组患者接受治疗后临床有效率及疾病控制率分别为72.22%及88.00%,而观察组患者接受治疗后临床治疗有效率及疾病控制率分别为88.88%及94.44%,两组患者间治疗有效率及疾病控制率比较未见统计学差异(P>0.05);两组患者虽各项治疗并发症发生率比较未见统计学差异,但观察组患者接受治疗后的并发症总发生率为33.33%,明显低于观察组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理可在不降低患者的临床治疗总有效率的同时,有效的降低患者并发症的发生率。

Objective:To explore and summarize the best care program for patients with malignant tumors with intraoperative radiotherapy. Methods:36 patients received intraoperative radiotherapy were selected as observationobjects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 18 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group ac-ceptedcomprehensive care. The effects of chemotherapy and incidence rates of treatment-related complications of the two groups were compared. Results:The clinical effective rates and disease control rates of control group and observation group were 72. 22% and 88. 00%, and 88. 88% and 94. 44%, respectively, and the differences were not statistically significant (P>0. 05). Although there were no statistical differences in the incidence rates of the treatment-related complications, the total incidence rate of observation group (33. 33%) was significantly lower than that of control group (66. 67%;P<0. 05). Conclusions:The comprehensive care cannot re-duce the total efficiency of the clinical treatment, while effectively reduce the incidence rates of the complications.
