摘要
采用试验的方法，研究了研磨时间对真空灭弧室用CuCr触头表面的形貌及粗糙度的影响，得出了最佳的研磨时间为105min。试验表明，随着研磨时间的增加粗糙度会逐渐减小，到一定程度后不再发生变化，研磨105min之后粗糙度舶值为0．07～0．13μm，不同部位的表面形貌基本一致。
The effect of the grind time on surface appearance and roughness of vacuum interrupter contact was analyzed by using experiment methods. The optimal grind time is 105 min. The surface appearance is not change after 105 min grinding. The roughness firstly decreases and then stabilizes,with the grind time increases. The value of roughness Rais between 0. 07 μm ~ 0. 13 μm at the grind time of 105 min.
