阿司匹林与利伐沙班预防手术后深静脉栓塞的疗效分析

An Analysis of the Effect of Aspirin and Rivaroxaban on the Prevention of Postoperative Deep Venous Thrombosis

目的：对比分析阿司匹林与利伐沙班预防治疗手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效.方法：选取某院2012年3月-2014年3月110例进行了妇科手术后患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例患者.其中,对照组55例患者进行妇科子宫切除手术前后服用阿司匹林;观察组55例妇科子宫切除手术前后服用利伐沙班;2组均治疗10d.观察2组患者手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的差异,用统计学进行分析比较.结果：对照组与观察组患者治疗后下肢深静脉血栓的发生率分别为9,09%、3.63%,观察组患者的下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组,结果具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）.结论：阿司匹林与利伐沙班都可降低患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生,但是利伐沙班的作用效果更为明显,更有利于预防手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成.

Objective:To compare and analyze the prevention effect of aspirin and rivaroxaban on postop-erative deep venous thrombosis.Methods:Select 1 10 patients underwent gynecologic surgery in some hospital during the period from March 2012 to March 2014 ,randomly divide them into control group and observation group,55 cases for each.The 55 patients in control group orally administrated aspirin before hysterectomy and the 55 patients in observation group administrated rivaroxaban before hysterectomy,both of them were treated for 10 days.Observe the difference between the 2 groups in deep venous thrombosis and made statisti-cal analysis on them.Results:After treatment ,the occurrence rate of deep venous thrombosis in the 2 groups was 9.09%,3.63% respectively,namely ,the occurrence rate of deep venous thrombosis in observation group was lower than that of the control group,the results were statistically different,(P <0.05).Conclusion:Both aspirin and rivaroxaban can reduce the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis,but rivaroxaban is obviously more effective,and it is more favorable to the prevention of postoperative deep venous thrombosis.
