围术期护理干预对普外科腹腔镜手术患者并发症的影响

Perioperative Nursing Intervention Effects on Complications of Laparoscopic Surgery Patients in Department of General Surgery

目的：分析和研究围术期护理干预对普外科腹腔镜手术患者并发症的影响.方法：选取某院普外科2012年4月-2014年1月腹腔镜下行手术治疗患者86例,将其按奇偶数字法随机分为研究组43例与对照组43例.对照组患者采用常规护理方法行围手术期护理;研究组患者采用围手术期优质护理,将两组患者手术情况进行对比,并对比术后并发症和护理满意度.结果：研究组患者胃肠功能恢复时间及患者住院治疗时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.研究组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：将优质护理干预措施应用于腹腔镜下行手术治疗患者围手术期护理中,能够缩短患者胃肠功能恢复时间及患者住院治疗时间,避免或减少术后诸多并发症发生,提高护理满意度,值得推广.

Objective: Perioperative effect of nursing intervention on complications in patients with lapa-roscopic surgery in the Department of general surgery analysis and research.Methods:Selected in our hospi-tal in 2012 April to 2014 January in Department of general surgery of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of 86 cases of patients,it will be randomly according to parity divided into study group 43 cases and control group of 43 cases.The control group was treated with routine nursing method for perioperative nursing of perioperative nursing;quality by group patients,compared two groups of patients,and compare the postop-erative complications and nursing satisfaction.Results:The patients of gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization treatment time were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence rate of complications was lower than that of control group of study group patients,nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The quality of nursing intervention measures ap-plied in laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with perioperative care,patients can shorten the re-covery time of gastrointestinal function and patient hospitalization time,avoid or reduce postoperative oc-curred many complications,improve nursing satisfaction,worthy of promotion.
