我国高等教育发展的区域差异性研究

改革开放以来,我国高等教育规模不断扩大、结构逐步调整、质量显著提高。总体来看,我国高等教育取得巨大成就。但从公平的角度来看,我国内地31个省份高等教育在办学规模、学校布局、师资条件、办学成效等方面,仍然存在较大差异。党的十八届三中全会提出要大力促进教育公平,逐步缩小区域、城乡、校际差距。从高等教育事业统计数据出发,比较分析高等教育发展的区域差异现状,以此作为高等教育政策调整,优化资源配置的着力点。

Since the reform and opening up started,the scale of higher education has continued to expand,and the structure has been gradually adjusted,and the quality has improved significantly. Overall,China's higher education has made great achievements. But from the perspective of fairness,there are still big differences in school size,school layout,condition of teachers,school effectiveness and other aspects in 31 provinces. Third Plenary Session of the 18 the CPC Central Committee proposed to vigorously promote equity in education,and gradually reduce regional,rural and urban,inter-school gaps.Starting from the development of higher education statistics,this paper gives a comparative analysis of the current situation of higher education in the region,as a higher education policy adjustments to optimize the focus of resource allocation..
