建国初期党内教育活动对新常态下高校党建工作的启示

Enlightenment of the Inner Party Education in the Early Period of People's Republic of China to the Party Construction Work in Universities Under the New Normality

党内教育活动是保持党的先进性的重要举措,中国共产党历来重视自身建设,1950年到1954年的整党整风运动是中国共产党成为执政党后首次大规模的党内教育活动。当前高校党建工作面临着新常态、新任务和新问题,需要借鉴历史经验。建国初期党内教育活动启示我们,要加强新形势下高校党建工作,就必须加强理论学习,提高党员思想觉悟;健全组织生活,加强基层组织建设;坚持党员标准,纯洁党的队伍;加强领导干部作风建设,执行党的纪律和纠正不正之风。

Inner party education is an important measure to keep progressiveness of the Party. The Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the construction itself. From 1950 to 1954,the consolidating party and rectification is the first time mass educational activity in the party after the Chinese Communist Party became the ruling party. Now,Party construction work in colleges and universities is faced with the new normality,new tasks and new problems,and needs to learn from historical experience. Inner-party education in the early period of People's Republic of China enlighten us that in order to strengthen the party construction in colleges and universities under the new situation,we must enhance theoretical study to improve the party members' ideological awareness,perfect the organization and strengthen the construction of grass-root organizations,adhere to the standards for party members to purify the team,and strengthen leaders' style construction,stick to the party's disciplines and correct evil styles.
