高校马克思主义理论课教学中的难题与破解

Problems of Teaching Marxist Theory Course in Colleges and Associated Solutions

加强高校马克思主义理论课教学,是加强党的意识形态工作和对高校大学生进行马克思主义理论教育的需要;是坚持和加强党对高校的领导,巩固马克思主义的指导地位的需要;也是完善高校体制,使高校在新的改革时期承担社会责任的需要。高校马克思主义理论课方面存在的难题是:部分高校对马克思主义理论课不重视,态度不积极,工作不主动,人财物投入不够;马克思主义理论课教师队伍的专业基本素质参差不齐,在对待马克思主义理论课的态度以及教学内容和方法上存在许多问题;大学生在对待马克思主义理论和思想政治教育课程的态度和学习行为方面存在问题。主要原因不仅在学校、教师和学生,而且与社会大环境有关。针对高校层面存在的问题,建议各高校应端正态度,认真贯彻《关于进一步加强和改进新形势下高校宣传思想工作的意见》精神,对本校的具体工作进行调研、规划和部署。在高校的马克思主义理论课教育教学中,充分发挥教师的主导作用以及相关部门在马克思主义理论教学管理与服务方面的作用。

Strengthening Marxism theoretical education among college students is necessary to strengthen the Party's ideological work and Marxist theory teaching for college students. It is also required for insisting and strengthening the Party's leadership in colleges,and consolidating the guiding role of Marxism. Furthermore,it is necessary for colleges to improving regulations and take up social responsibilities in the new reforming period. The problems in Marxist theory teaching in colleges include negligence,inactivity,passive attitude,shortage in investment,and unevenly professional quality of teachers. Attitude,basic quality,contents and methods of teachers for teaching need to be improved.There are problems about students' attitudes toward and learning styles of Marxist theory teaching and ideological and political education courses. These are related with colleges,teachers,students and social environment. Aimed at the problems existing in the college,it is suggested for colleges to investigate,plan and arrange teaching affairs by adopting correct attitude and seriously implementing the 'Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving Publicity Ideology Work of Institutions under New Conditions'.Teachers should take a leading part and relevant departments of colleges should manage and serve better in Marxist Theory Course in colleges.
