中国新疆同中亚5国开展农业合作的前景展望与提升策略研究

A study on the prospect and promotion strategy of agricultural cooperation between Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in China and five Central Asian countries

中国农业"走出去"战略已有成效,农业合作呈现出多方式、多领域、多区域局面,但同中亚5国的农业合作仍处于初级阶段。中亚5国具有丰富的农业资源禀赋,对中国农业具有较强互补性,是中国农业"走出去"战略的理想区域。本文对中国新疆同中亚5国开展农业合作的有利条件和前景进行相关论述,并提出相关拓展并深化双方合作的策略。

The strategy of Chinese agriculture 'going out' has a noticeable effect.Agricultural cooperation presents a number of ways,multi-areas and multi-regional situation,but the agricultural cooperation with the five Central Asian countries is still in the initial stage.The five Central Asian countries have rich agricultural resources,and have strong complementary to Chinese agriculture,and are the ideal region of Chinese agriculture ' going out' strategy.This paper discusses the favorable conditions and prospects of agricultural cooperation between Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in China and five Central Asian countries,and puts forward some strategies for expanding and deepening cooperation between Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in China and five Central Asian countries.
