摘要
提出了一种新的结构形式--蜂窝网格型球面巨型网壳.分析了结构的几何构型,应用通用有限元软件ANSYS对结构的静力及稳定性能进行了数值计算与分析,讨论了矢跨比和大网格尺寸对结构内力、挠度和极限荷载的影响.结果表明:子结构的加入能极大提高结构整体刚度;结构顶部为失稳的薄弱部位,节点区稳定性较好;矢跨比的适宜取值范围为1/4~1/3,大网格尺寸宜为15~20m;结构的破坏一般由强度条件控制.
An innovative structure,named honeycomb type spherical reticulated mega-structure,was presented.The configura-tion of the structure was illustrated and the static property and stability of the structure were analyzed by using finite element software ANSYS.Influences of the rise span ratio and the size of large grid on the internal force,the deflection and the ultimate load of the structure were discussed.The result shows that the stiffness of the structure is greatly improved when substructures can sharer the load with the main structure.The top of the structure is the weak part during the buckling process,whilethe sta-bility of the large node region is fine.The optimal range for the rise span ratio is 1/4-1/3 and the optimal size of the large grid is 15-20 m.It is also found that the failure of the structure is mainly controlled by strength of the materials.
