摘要
为充分利用黑龙江省农业生物质能丰富的优势,运用"能源景观"理论方法,从空间规划层面引导与控制生物质能的发展。通过生产潜能分析,确立黑龙江省生物质能发展指导策略,并通过能源供需分析、时空变异预测,构建基于能源规划和空间规划交叉研究的空间规划改进策略。优化德国、奥地利案例中建立的小城镇与运输成本关系模型,构建适用于黑龙江省的生物质能转换点布局模式。从发展策略与空间布局模式两个角度改变黑龙江省目前生物质能利用效率低、资源浪费严重的现状,优化生物质能消费结构,减少不可再生能源的消耗。
In order to alleviate the energy shortage problem in northeast China,we should make full use of the rich resource of ag-ricultural biomass in Heilongjiang province and apply “energy landscape”theories and methods to guide and control the develop-ment of biomass energy from the perspective of spatial planning.By analyzing biomass energy production potential,Heilongjiang’ s development orientation of biomass energy can be established.Through the analysis of energy supply,demand and temporal, and spatial variation forecast we can improve strategy of space planning on the basis of cross research of energy planning and spa-tial planning.After revising the model of relation between settlements and transportation cost created on the basis of Germany and Austria’s case experience the planning pattern of biomass energy production land can be developped.Using development strategy and spatial layout model,the biomass energy consumption structure can be optimized and non-renewable energy con-sumption can be reduced indirectly.
