摘要
研究了单根弓形钢纤维自轻骨料混凝土基体拔出全过程;利用自制模具,通过试验得到不同埋深弓形钢纤维自轻骨料混凝土基体中拔出全过程的荷载-位移关系曲线;对弓形钢纤维进行分段分析,将弓形钢纤维分为平直段与弯钩段,对弯钩段在拔出过程中的受力特征,以及其在拔出时塑性变形与摩擦力之间的耦合机理进行研究,分析说明了弓形钢纤维最大拔出荷载成因与平直钢纤维的不同点;对试验数据进行分析,得到弓形钢纤维最大荷载-埋深关系曲线。
The paperpresents an experimental study on the whole process of single figured steel fiber pulled out from substrate and gains,and the load-displacement diagram in the this process of different buried-depth arched steel fiber pulled out from light-weight aggregate concrete substrate by using homemade mould are obtained.Segment analysis of arched steel fiber is also conduc-ted,including straight segment and hook segment.The mechanical characteristics of hook segment are also investigated during the pulling out process,considering the coupling mechanism between plastic deformation and friction.In addition,it has been shown the differences of influential factors may exist between arched steel fiber maximum pull-out load and straight fiber.Finally,based on the experimental data,the maximum load-buried-depth relation curve for the arched steel fiber can be obtained.
