2015年上半年上海区县经济整体形势稳中有进,好于预期;财政收入稳定增长,消费市场保持平稳;投资增长较快,新设企业量质齐升;结构调整效应进一步显现,服务经济和新兴产业成为经济增长的主要支撑;改革创新动力增强,政策机遇叠加,发展亮点不断涌现。但也要看到,区县经济创新转型增长的动力尚不稳固,制造业下滑趋势仍未扭转,需要进一步释放改革红利,强化内生发展动力,夯实下半年区县经济运行的基础。

The overall economic situation of Shanghai districts and counties in the first half of 2015 is stable and orderly, better than expected; steady increase in revenue, the consumer market remained stable;investment grew rapidly,new enterprises quantity and quality go up; restructuring effects emerge,the service economy and emerging industries have become major support economic growth; innovation power increase,policy opportunities overlay,development highlights emerging. But it should be noted,dynamic innovation and transformation of economic growth in the county is not yet solid,manufacturing downward trend has not been reversed,the need for further reform to release bonus,strengthening endogenous development of power,solid foundation the second half of the county economy.
