摘要
美国高校教师发展机构在促进教师发展、提升高等教育质量方面发挥了重大作用.我国高校教师发展中心的设立,是支持和加强教师发展、深化高等教育改革、推动高等教育内涵式发展的重要举措.中美高校教师发展中心都以提升教师教学能力和提高学校教育质量为核心宗旨,以研究和服务为基本工作准则,以教师培训、教学研究、质量评估、咨询服务、合作交流等为切入点,通过项目管理、互动共赢、多元参与、个性服务、资源共享等运行机制,推进学校组织和教师个人的协同发展.
Teacher development organization in American universities play a major role in promoting teacher development and improving the quality of higher education.Center for Faculty Development of University was established in China to strengthen and promote teachers'development as an important measure to deepen the reform of higher education,and promote the connotative development of China's higher education.In practice,Centers for Faculty Development of Universities in China and America have much similarity,such as enhancing teachers'teaching ability and improving the quality of higher education as the core purpose;research and service as the basic guidelines for the work;teacher training,teaching research,quality assessment,advisory services,cooperative exchange as the starting point;and they promote the coordinated development of university and teachers through the mechanism of project management,interactive win-win,multiplex participation,personalized services,resource sharing and so on.
