浅析高血压合并脑出血的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨高血压合并脑出血的临床特点及相关因素;方法选取我院2012年1月~2014年3月间住院的脑出血患者且具有高血压病史者145例病例,分析其临床特点和相关因素;结果患者普遍存在高血压药服用不规范的情况及出现不同程度血肿,其中有好转患者96例,死亡患者17例,自主出院患者32例;结论患者控制好血压平衡,可以有效避免脑出血的发生,一旦患者出现高血压合并脑出血的情况,要及时降压控制血肿。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and the related factors; Methods In our hospital from^2012 January ~ 2014 year in March admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of the cerebral hemorrhage patients with hypertension in 145 cases, analysis of the clinical features and related factors of patients with hypertension; Results The common medicine standard of different degrees of hematoma, which were improved in 96 patients, 17 patients died, 32 patients discharged from autonomy; Conclusion Patients can have good control of blood pressure, can effectively prevent the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage, once the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, hematoma in a timely manner to control blood pressure.
