锁定加压接骨板治疗膝关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折疗效分析

For Locking Compression Plate after Knee Arthroscoplasty Femoral Fracture Around the Prosthesis Treatment Curative Effect Analysis

目的探讨采用锁定加压接骨板治疗膝关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折的临床效果。方法随机选取本院2013年2月~2015年1月期间我院收治的膝关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折患者6例,采用锁定加压接骨板对其进行治疗,并对患者的临床治疗结果进行回顾性分析。结果本次研究中,6例患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间平均为（2.1±0.4）h;术中出血量平均为（317.5±56.2）ml。手术前后患者X线片检查显示,6例患者的假体位置未发生变化,无松动表现,且边缘未发现透亮线,其骨折均顺利愈合,HSS功能评分平均为（90.5±1.7）分。结论采用锁定加压接骨板治疗膝关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折,效果显著,有利于促进患者膝关节功能的恢复,对于提高患者的生活质量具有十分显著的意义,建议在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To explore the treatment for locking compression plate knee replacement after the clinical effect of fracture around the femoral prosthesis. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital in February 2013 ~ 2015 in our hospital during the period of January knee arthroplasty 6 patients with femoral fracture around the prosthesis, after treatment by using the lock of slabs, and the clinical results of patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results In this study, 6 patients were successfully completed surgery, average operation time was（2.1±0.4） h.The average intraoperative blood loss was（317.5±56.2） ml.Before and after surgery in patients with X-ray examination showed that 6 patients of prosthesis position unchanged, no looseness, edge and found no bright line, the fractures were healed smoothly, the HSS function scoring average of（90.5±1.7） points. Conclusion The treatment for locking compression plate after knee replacement femoral fracture around the prosthesis, obvious effect, promote the recovery of patients with knee joint function, to improve the patient＇s quality of life, has the extremely significant significance Suggestions on further clinical promotion.
