肺癌袖状切除术与全肺切除术疗效比较分析

Comparison of the Efficacy of Sleeve Resection and Total Lung Resection for Lung Cancer

目的探讨在治疗肺癌过程中利用袖状切除术和全肺切除术的疗效。方法从2008年1月~2010年1月来我院治疗肺癌的患者当中选出110例,根据患者采用治疗方法的不同将其分为两个小组,每组55例患者。其中一组患者采用全肺切除手术,作为对比组;另外一组患者则采用袖状切除手术,作为研究组。分别记录两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、术后并发症几率、5年后复发率和5年后生存率。结果研究组患者术后5年生存率为67.27%（37/55）,明显高于对比组41.82%（23/55）,另外研究组5年后复发率低于对比组,两组数据存在较大差异,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在治疗肺癌时利用袖状切除术能够有效提升患者5年后生存率,降低术后并发症和5年后复发几率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment in lung cancer in the process of using sleeve resection and the curative effect of pneumonectomy. Methods From January 2008 to January 2010 in our hospital for the treatment of lung cancer patients among 110 cases, depending on the patients with the treatment method which can be divided into two groups, each group of 55 patients. One group of patients using pneumonectomy surgery, as the control group; Another group of patients are using sleeve resection, as a team. Results two group of patients, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complications were, recurrence after 5 years and 5 years survival rate. Results Research in patients with postoperative 5 year survival rate was 67.27%（37/55）, significantly higher than the control group 41.82%（23/55）, the other group recurrence rate is lower than the control group after five years, there are large difference between two groups of data, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In treating lung cancer using sleeve resection can effectively improve patients after 5 years survival rate, reduce postoperative complications and recurrence of five years later, improve patient quality of life.
