腹腔镜与开腹结肠癌根治术对患者治疗效果比较

Comparison of Therapeutic Effect between Laparoscopic and Open Radical Resection of Colon Cancer

目的就腹腔镜与开腹结肠癌根治术治疗结肠癌的治疗效果进行比较。方法采取2013年5月份~2014年4月份期间本院接受治疗的80例结肠癌患者,按照随机分配的原则,将这80例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组40例患者,对观察组患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对对照组患者采用开腹结肠癌根治术治疗,治疗结束后,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果对观察组患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗后,未出现明显的并发症;对对照组患者采用开腹结肠癌根治术治疗后,出现了6例并发肠粘连,两组患者的治疗效果比较差异较大,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对结肠癌治疗中,腹腔镜与开腹结肠癌根治术都有着显著的疗效,但腹腔镜手术效果更佳且术中并发症少,有效地的促进了患者的健康。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic and open radical resection of colon carcinoma in the treatment of colon cancer. Methods During April May 2013 to 2014 the hospital accepted treatment of 80 cases of patients with colon cancer, according to principle of random distribution, the 80 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 patients in each group, the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of, according to the group of patients with open colorectal cancer treated with radical mastectomy, after the end of treatment, the treatment effect of two groups of patients compared. Results The observation group were treated by laparoscopic surgery, did not appear obvious complications; in the control group were treated with open colorectal cancer treated with radical mastectomy, 6 cases complicated with intestinal adhesion, the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients with difference greatly, it is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion To treatment of colon cancer, laparoscopic and open colorectal cancer radical operation has a significant effect, but laparoscopic surgery effect better and fewer complications, effectively promotes the patient＇s health.
