宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉切除术可行性及价值评析

Hysteroscopic Treatment of the Feasibility and Value of Endometrial Polyps Resection

目的探讨分析宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉切除术中的临床效果以及相关价值。方法选择我院2014年1月~2015年1月收治治疗的96例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分成对照组与研究组,对照组选择宫腔镜刮匙刮除术实施治疗,而研究组选择宫腔镜电切除术实施治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行分析统计。结果两组患者经过临床治疗后,研究组的术中出血量、手术时间以及复发率等明显的比对照组低（P〈0.05）。结论就子宫内膜息肉患者而言,选择宫腔镜电切除术实施治疗,其具有较好的临床效果,可以有效的降低术后恢复时间以及复发率,并使患者治愈率得到提升。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps resection and related value. Methods Our hospital January 2015 ~ January 2014 96 cases of uterine endometrial polyps patients as the research object, using were randomly divided into control group and study group and control group, select the hysteroscopy curette removal in the implementation of treatment, while the study group of hysteroscopic electric cutting removal in the implementation of treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients for statistical analysis. Results Two groups of patients after clinical treatment, study group of intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time and recurrence rate obviously than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endometrial polyps in terms of, choice of hysteroscopic electric resection treatment has better clinical effect, can effectively reduce the postoperative recovery time and recurrence rate, and the cure rate of the patients improved.
