老年脑梗死后遗症的康复治疗观察

Observation on Rehabilitation Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Infarction Sequelae

目的探究老年脑梗死后遗症患者康复治疗的措施和效果。方法选取2013年10月~2015年1月收治的46例老年脑梗死后遗症的患者进行治疗和研究,随机分组,实验组27例患者在常规治疗的同时给予肢体功能的康复锻炼以及脑循环的治疗仪,对照组19例患者选择常规的护理措施,对比两组患者生活质量和肢体功能的情况。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为96.30%,对照组患者治疗有效率为84.21%,差异较大,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论老年脑梗死后遗症患者在常规治疗的同时采用脑循环治疗仪和肢体功能的锻炼,能够明显缓解后遗症,提高治疗效果以及生活质量,可在临床广泛应用。

Objective Rehabilitation treatment method and its effect for patients with cerebral infarction sequelae are to be studied. Methods Choose 46 patients with cerebral infarction sequelae who are received and treated in hospital from October 2013 to January 2015 and separate them into two groups at random; 27 patients in study group are given conventional treatment combined with limb function recovery exercise and cerebral circulation therapy, while 19 patients in control group are given conventional treatment and then compare patients＇ quality of life and their limb function condition between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group is 96.30%, which is much higher than 84.21% in control group; there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with limb function recovery exercise and cerebral circulation therapy is effective for patients with cerebral infarction sequelae; it is conducive to alleviating patients＇ sequelae symptoms, increasing treatment efficacy and promoting patients＇ quality of life; thus, such a treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinically.
