子宫脱垂术式的临床研究与分析

目的研究子宫脱垂临床治疗中的几种手术方法。方法选取我院收治的134例子宫脱垂患者为研究对象,按照手术方法将其分成甲、乙、丙三组,分析三组患者的手术效果。结果甲组与乙组的各项指标对比差异不明显,P>0.05。在术后排气时间上,丙组明显短于甲组和乙组,P均<0.05,差异显著。而手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间上,三组间差异不明显,P>0.05。在治疗效果上,丙组的治愈率明显高于甲组、乙组,P<0.05;在术后复发率上,丙组明显低于甲组和乙组,P<0.05。结论在子宫脱垂的临床治疗中,应根据患者的需求、病情等选择合适的手术方法,取得最佳手术效果,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical treatment of uterine prolapse surgery methods. Methods Choose 134 cases of our hospital patients with uterine prolapse as the research object, according to the surgical method to be divided into three groups a, b, c, analysis of three groups of patients with surgical results. Results The students＇ no obvious difference compared with the indicators of group b,（P〈0.05）. On postoperative exhaust time, significantly shorter than the first division and group b c group,（P〈0.05）, significant difference. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, no obvious difference between the three groups,（P〉0.05）. On the treatment effect, the cure rate of c group was obviously higher than the first division, group b,（P〈0.05）; On the postoperative recurrence rate, group c was lower than that in the first division and group b,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of uterine prolapse, should according to the needs of patients, disease, such as choosing the appropriate surgical method, achieve the best effect of the operation, improve the quality of life of the patients.to the rapid diagnosis and differential diagnosis in patients with hypoglycemic coma.
