摘要
目的探究冠心病心律失常采用美托洛尔与稳心颗粒联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选取冠心病心律失常患者68例,随机法分为对照组和观察组各组均34例,对照组单纯采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组采用美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗。结果治疗后观察组患者治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05),且患者24h动态心电图各项指标水平改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用美托洛尔与稳心颗粒联合治疗冠心病心律失常效果良好。
Objective Study on coronary heart disease arrhythmia with the clinical efficacy of metoprolol and Wenxin Granule Combined treatment. Methods 68 cases of arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease,there were 34 cases in the control group and the observation group,the control group was treated with metoprolol,the observation group received metoprolol combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,the improvement of the indexes of 24 h in patients with was better than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of metoprolol and Wenxin Granule Combined with the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease,good effect of treatment.
