浅析临床范畴内对西药的合理联用

Research on Reasonable Combination of Western Medicine within the Scope of the Clinical Treatment

目的研究临床处方中因西药联合使用不合理所导致的不良反应症状,分析这些处方的不合理之处,为西药临床的合理联合用药给出指导和建议。方法依照国家卫生部和药监局的相关用药规定和标准,从电脑系统记录中随机抽取我院于2013年6月~2015年5月期间开具的4 231张处方进行回顾性分析并统计分析结果。结果发现不合格处方294张,其中208份处方属于不合理联用,包括重复用药、配伍缺陷和毒副作用加强等,不合理联用的发生率高达4.9%。结论西药合用所出现的联用不合理现象还较普遍,造成这种严重情况的原因难以简单概括,必须深入了解常用药物的作用机理及药性特征,谨慎合理的联合用药才能尽可能减少患者的治疗风险,提高用药安全性。

Objective Study the symptoms of adverse reactions due to the irrational combination of western medicine from clinical formulation, and analysis the unreasonable about these prescriptions, given some guidance and advice for the rational combination of clinical medicine. Methods According to the relevant regulations and standards of medication about National Ministry of Health and Drug Administration, selected 4 231 prescriptions randomly from the computer system records in our hospital from June 2013 to May 2015,and analyzed these prescriptions retrospectively as well as the statistical results. Results Discovery 294 unqualified prescriptions and 208 cases are classified to unreasonable combination（the incidence attain 4.9%）, including repeated use, compatibility of defect and toxicity strengthen. Conclusion The emergence of western medicine unreasonable combinations are also more common and the reasons for this serious situation is difficult to simply summarize, we must better understand the mechanism and characteristics of commonly used medicines, prudent and reasonable combination to minimize the patient＇s treatment risks and improve medication safety.
