温脾平肝、化痰宁风法治疗高血压病62例临床观察

Therapeutic Effects of Wenpi Pinggan Huatan Ningfeng Therapy in Treating Sixty-two Hypertension Patients

目的观察侯温脾平肝、化痰宁风法治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法选择符合标准的原发性高血压患者62例,随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例。对照组给予硝苯地平控释片,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用侯氏黑散加味方,疗程均为6周。观察治疗前后患者血压、临床症状的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96.9%(31/32),明显优于对照组的80.0%(P<0.01)。两组治疗后血压水平、临床症状积分均明显下降,且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论侯氏黑散加味方配合降压药治疗脾虚肝旺型高血压病的降压疗效显著,可明显改善患者临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenpi Pinggan Huatan Ningfeng therapy in treating hypertension. Methods Sixty-two hypertension patients met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group（32 patients） and control group（30 patients）. Western medicines were given to both groups,while Houshi Heisan Decoction subtraction was given to the patients in the treatment group based on their specific syndromes. With a treatment course of 6 weeks for both groups,The changes of symptom scores and the improvement of blood press were observed before the treatment and 6 weeks after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.9%（31/32）, which was obviously superior to that of control group 80.0%（P〈0.01）. The symptom scores and the levels of blood press were decreased obviously, the effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Wenpi Pinggan Huatan Ningfeng therapy could obviously improve clinical symptoms and blood pressure levels in treating hypertension with spleen-insufficiency and liver-hyperactivity.
