中西医结合治疗肛门瘙痒症疗效观察

Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine for Treatment Anal Pruritus

目的研究分析中西结合治疗肛门瘙痒症的效果,为临床治疗该疾病提供参考依据。方法 2009至2011年我院有72例患者接受治疗,将这些患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,均有36例患者。为治疗组患者使用局部封闭中药熏洗,对照组使用局部封闭和皮肤松软膏涂抹治疗,两组患者均接受两周治疗,对治疗情况和一年后复发情况进行对比分析。结果治疗组患者的临床治疗有效率是100%,对照组的临床治疗有效率是75%,治疗组的复发率是5.56%,对照组的复发率是27.78%,结果存在统计学差异性,P<0.05。结论局部封闭加中药熏洗治疗肛门瘙痒症有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To study the effect of combining Chinese and Western treatment of anal pruritus,Provide reference for the clinical treatment of the disease. Use partial closure for patients with herbal fumigation, Use the partial closure and loose skin ointment treatment in the control group, patients received two weeks of treatment,For recurrence after one year of treatment and were analyzed. Results The treatment of patients with clinical efficiency is 100%.The clinical efficiency of treatment in the control group was 75%, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 5.56%, the recurrence rate in the control group was 27.78%, the results of a statistical difference, P〈0.05.Conclusion The partial closure plus herbal fumigation treatment of anal pruritus have better clinical efficacy.
