中医辨证分型治疗前列腺肥大的临床观察及治疗方案的探讨

The Clinical Observation and Treatment Plan of the Differentiation of TCM Syndrome Differentiation for Treating the Hypertrophy of the Prostate

目的研究分析前列腺肥大患者接受中医辨证分型治疗的临床效果,探讨治疗方案的优劣情况。方法根据我院的74例前列腺肥大患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组使用西药治疗,观察组使用中药清利消瘀汤,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行观察分析。结果观察组患者的残余尿量平均值为(21.9±7.7)ml,夜尿平均次数为(1.8±0.7)次,治疗有效率是91.9%,对照组的残余尿量平均值为(42.7±6.7)ml,夜尿平均次数为(3.5±0.4)次,治疗有效率62.2%,两组对比存在统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论前列腺肥大患者接受中医辩证分型治疗的效果比较优秀,临床中存在很高的应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM differentiation and treatment for patients with hypertrophy of the prostate, and to discuss the merits and disadvantages of the treatment plan. Methods According to my courtyard 74 cases of patient of hypertrophy of the prostate to research and analysis, these patients were divided into control group and observation group, the control group used western medicine treatment, the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine Qing Li Xiaoyu decoction, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients for observation and analysis. Results In the observation group patients with residual urine volume average（21.9 ± 7.7） ml, nocturia average times for（1.8 ± 0.7）, effective rate was 91.9%, control group of residual urine volume average（42.7 ± 6.7） ml, nocturia average times for（3.5 ± 0.4）, and the effective rate was 62.2%, compared the two groups exist significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the treatment for the patients with hypertrophy of the prostate is excellent, and the clinical value is very high.
