摘要 目的通过FBP重建与i Dose4(6级)重建,对图像的信噪比和图像质量的对比研究,评价i Dose4迭代重建技术在低剂量肺癌筛查中的应用价值。方法肺癌高危人群42例,采用Philips ingenuity core 128 CT进行全肺扫描后,所获图像经FBP重建(A组)与i Dose4(6级)重建(B组),两组图像同时选取主支气管分叉层面并圈定四个位置,测量SD值进行客观评价图像的质量;同时由两名副主任医师对图像进行主观评价图像质量。结果客观、主观评价均可认为B组图像质量较A组为佳。结论低剂量肺癌筛查同时应用i Dose4(6级)迭代重建算法,可以减低图像噪声,提高所获得的图像质量,为肺癌筛查提供更准确的诊断依据。 Objective To evaluate the value of iterative reconstruction(idose^4) for radiation dose reduction in screening of lung cancer through the comparative study between the reconstructed image of the filtered back projection(FBP) and idose^4(level 6). Methods Forty-two patients at high risk of lung cancer accepted CT scan with Philips ingenuity core 128 scanner. All image were reconstructed by filtered back projection(FBP)(group A) and idose^4(level 6)(group B). Four position which at the plane of bifurcation of trachea were chose to measure the CT value in both two groups, standard deviation(SD) of CT value were calculated to estimate the image quality objectively. Meanwhile, two radiologists assessed the quality of the image subjectively. Results Both the objective and subjective results show that the image quality of group B is better than group A. Conclusion The iterative reconstruction(idose^4) for radiation dose reduction in screening of lung cancer can reduce the image noise and improve the image quality, it can also provide more accurate evidence to diagnose for the screening of lung cancer.
