高压氧治疗颅脑损伤中的临床观察及护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for Craniocerebral Trauma

目的研究颅脑损伤患者运用高压氧治疗的临床效果以及护理措施。方法我院选择2012年9月~2014年9月间诊治的160例颅脑损伤的患者,将其均分为两组,对照组的80例患者实施常规的治疗方法,观察组的80例患者在上述治疗的基础上进行高压氧治疗,以及特殊的护理干预措施,比较两组患者的临床效果以及高压氧治疗过程中的护理操作。结果通过对两组患者进行比较,观察组患者治疗的有效率为92.5%,对照组为60.0%;观察组明显比对照组高,两组患者差异显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论颅脑损伤患者运用高压氧治疗的临床效果显著,在加上良好的护理措施。

Objective To study the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with craniocerebral injury and nursing measures. Methods 160 patients with craniocerebral injury who were treated in September 2012 ~ 2014 September, were selected,divide it into two groups, control group of 80 patients with conventional treatment, the observation group of 80 patients on the basis of the above treatment for hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and special nursing intervention measures, the clinical effect of the two groups and the nursing operation during the treatment of hyperbaric oxygen were compared. Results By comparing the two groups of patients,the observation group of patients with the effective rate of 60%, the control group was 92.5%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with craniocerebral trauma is remarkable, i In addition, good nursing measures.
