精神分裂症住院患者家属的心理健康状况及护理探讨

Mental Health Status and Nursing of Patients with Schizophrenia Inpatients

目的对精神分裂住院患者的家属心理情况及相应的护理办法、护理效果进行分析。方法采用SAS与SDS评量表对患者家属的焦虑及抑郁等心理情况进行评价。分组并对观察组做为期5个月后的护理干预,观察护理干预对精神分裂住院患者家属的心理情况的影响效果。结果精神分裂住院患者家属的SAS与SDS评分均高于国内常模,差异有显著性(P>0.05)。实施心理干预护理前,观察组与对照组SAS与SDS评分无显著差异,心理干预护理后,观察组SAS与SDS评分显著下降,与对照组相比存在统计差异(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症住院患者的家属心理状况与普通人相比,有明显的焦虑及抑郁心理,通过科学的护理干预能够改善这种不良心理情况。

Objective To analyze the psychological situation of the families of schizophrenic inpatients and to analyze the nursing effect and the nursing effect.. Methods SAS and SDS were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression of the patients.. The effect of nursing intervention on the psychological status of the families of schizophrenic inpatients was observed after 5 months of nursing intervention. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the families of schizophrenic inpatients were higher than those of the norm, and the differences were significant（P〉0.05）. Prior to the implementation of the psychological intervention nursing, the observation group and control group scores of SAS and SDS of no significant difference, after psychological intervention nursing and observation of SAS and SDS score decreased significantly, and the control group compared to the existing statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Schizophrenia hospital compared patients psychological status in families and ordinary people, have obvious anxiety and depression, through scientific nursing intervention can improve the adverse psychological situation.
