摘要
目的研究神经症患者实施人性化护理的临床效果。方法我院选择2012年4月~2014年4月间诊治的172例神经症患者,将其均分为两组,对照组的86例患者实施常规的护理措施,观察组的86例患者实施人性化护理措施,比较两组患者实施治疗及护理操作后的4周、8周时间的90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)评定,同时让患者对护理人员的满意度进行评价。结果通过研究发现,两组患者经过4周的护理措施后,SCL-90中之后偏执因素分值降低,其它各项均未见明显改变,无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论通过对神经症患者实施人性化护理措施,能够提升患者的心理健康水平及社会功能,同时提升了患者对护理人员的满意度,对神经症患者的病情有促进康复的作用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with neurosis. Methods In our hospital from April 2012 ~ April 2014 in diagnosis and treatment of 172 cases of neurosis patients, which were divided into two groups, the control group of 86 patients implementation of routine nursing measures, the implementation of humanized nursing in the observation group of 86 patients, compared two groups of patients with implementation of treatment and nursing after 4 weeks, 8 weeks 90 symptoms self rating scale(SCL-90) evaluation while allowing patients to nursing staff satisfaction were evaluated. Results Through the study found, two groups of patients after 4 weeks of nursing measures, reduce paranoid factors scores of SCL-90, the other showed no significant changes in, had no statistical significance(P〉0.05). Conclusion Through the implementation of humanized nursing measures on patients with neurosis, can improve patients mental health level and social function, while improving the patients' satisfaction to nursing staff and illness on patients with neurosis have promote the rehabilitation of the role.
