精细化管理在妇产科病房护理安全管理中的应用探讨

Fine Management Application in the Maternity Ward Nursing Safety Management

目的探讨精细化管理在妇产科病房护理安全管理中的应用;方法我院于2014年1月开始在妇产科病房的护理安全管理中应用精细化管理,分别对应用精细化管理前后1年的患者及其家属进行满意度问卷调查,同时对护理缺陷事件的发生情况进行统计分析;结果应用精细化管理1年后,患者及其家属的满意度、产科病房的护理缺陷事件发生率显著优于对照组患者,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科病房的护理安全管理中应用精细化管理,能让患者及其家属的满意度得到有效提升,同时让护理缺陷事件的发生率降低,从而让护理服务质量得到有效提升,让患者的护理安全得到有效保证。

Objective To study the fine management in the application of obstetrics and gynecology hospital nursing safety management; Methods Our hospital in January 2014 in the maternity ward nursing safety management, the application of fine management respectively before and after 1 year for the application of fine management of patients and their families for satisfaction questionnaire survey, and carried out a statistical analysis on the occurrence of nursing error event; Results 1 year after application of fine management and satisfaction of patients and their families, the incidence of nursing error event of maternity ward was superior to that of the control group patients, which compare the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the maternity ward nursing safety management, the application of fine management to effectively improve the satisfaction degree of the patients and their families, and reduced the incidence of nursing error events, so that the quality of nursing service to effectively improve, let patients to effectively guarantee nursing safety.
