摘要
目的:探讨品管圈在降低脑卒中患者留置胃管非计划拔管率中的应用。方法:通过开展品管圈活动,分析脑卒中患者留置胃管非计划拔管的原因,找出主要原因,进行改进。结果:脑卒中患者留置胃管非计划拔管率由10.7%降至2.7%。结论:品管圈活动对降低脑卒中患者留置胃管非计划拔管率效果明显。
Objective:To discuss application of the quality control circles'(QCC) activities in reducing rate of indwelling gastric tube Unplanned extubation(UE)of stroke patients.Method:Activities of quality control circles were used to analyze the reason of Indwelling gastric tube Unplanned extubation(UE)of stroke patients, and explore the main reason, made corresponding counter measure and organize the implementation.Result:The rate of indwelling gastric tube Unplanned extubation(UE)of stroke patients decreased from 10.7% to 2.7% after intervention.Conclusion:The quality control circles activities have significant effect in reducing rate of indwelling gastric tube Unplanned extubation(UE)of stroke patients.
