康复功能锻炼在脑梗死失语患者中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application about Functional Training in the Rehabilitation of Patients with Cerebral Infarction Aphasia

目的:观察分析采用三维发音功能康复锻炼法对脑梗死失语患者应用的方法及临床疗效。方法:将笔者所在医院收治74例脑梗死失语患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组30例实施常规临床处置和护理,观察组44例在常规临床处置的同时还实施三维发音功能康复锻炼,主要包括唇舌发音锻炼、发音肌肉锻炼及跟读反应锻炼,观察比较两组患者治疗后失语程度改善及治疗前ABC法评分各项差异。结果:两组患者ABC评分各亚项的治疗前评分比较差异不显著。治疗后,观察组患者各亚项评分显著好于对照组患者,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者失语程度治疗前差异不显著。治疗后,观察组患者失语程度优化幅度显著好于对照组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用三维发音功能康复锻炼能够有效的改善患者失语程度,提高患者语言能力恢复情况,改善患者生活质量,方法简单,操作条理,适合临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the three-dimensional analysis using methods pronunciation functional rehabilitation exercise method aphasia patients with cerebral infarction and clinical efficacy.Method：74 cases of cerebral infarction in patients with aphasia for the study,patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group were received conventional therapy and 44 cases nursing observation group were given a three-dimensional observation pronunciation functional rehabilitation exercise in the control group,based on,including tongue after pre-treatment and treatment to improve the ABC method score difference pronunciation exercises,pronunciation exercises muscles and repeat the reaction,the two groups were observed and compared the severity of aphasia.Result：Before treatment,the patients in the ABC score and each sub-score were no significant difference.But each sub-score of the observation group were all better than the control group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The both groups of patients had no significant changes in the degree of aphasia before treatment.the degree of aphasia of the observation group were all better than the control group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The three-dimensional pronunciation functional rehabilitation exercise can effectively improve the degree of aphasia,language skills improve patient recovery and improve the quality of life of patients,the method is simple,wellorganized operation,suitable for clinical application.
