摘要
目的:研究探讨互动管理模式在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果,以此提高护理管理水平。方法:随机抽取妇产科护理人员20名参与笔者所在医院2012年8月-2013年8月开展的互动管理模式活动,本次研究活动为期1年。比较活动实施前后妇产科护理人员的护理质量及患者对护理效果的满意度。结果:互动管理模式实施后,护理人员的服务意识与工作责任心明显增强,妇产科护理质量与患者对护理效果满意度显著提高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对妇产科护理人员管理的过程中,互动管理模式能够显著提高护理人员的工作能力和医院核心竞争力,有效激发护理人员的护理责任心,提升妇产科护理管理水平和护理质量。
Objective: To discuss the effect of interactive management model in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management, in order to improve the level of nursing management.Method: Choosed 20 nurses from Obstetrics Department who participated in the activity of interactive management model in our hospital that from 2012 August to 2013 August.Compared the nursing quality and patient satisfaction.Result:The results showed that the implementation of interactive activities, management pattern of nursing staff awareness of service and responsibility was obviously enhanced, Department of gynaecology and obstetrics nursing quality and patient satisfaction were improved.Conclusion: In the process of management of nursing staff in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, interactive management model can significantly improve the nurses' working ability and the core competitiveness of the hospital, arouse the sense of responsibility of nursing staff, and enhance the management level and the quality of nursing.
