舒适护理对较大前列腺患者行经尿道前列腺电切术的效果

Effect of Comfortable Nursing on Patients with Large Prostate Treated by Transurethral Resection of Prostate

目的:探讨舒适护理对较大前列腺患者行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的应用价值。方法:按照随机数字表法将98例较大前列腺(>45 ml)行经尿道前列腺电切术患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予舒适护理。比较分析两组患者术后并发症的发生率、平均住院时间及对临床护理的满意度。结果:观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者平均住院时间(7.6±2.2)d,对照组患者平均住院时间(11.5±3.2)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对临床护理的满意度为91.8%(45/49),对照组为77.6%(38/49),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可减少较大前列腺行TURP患者术后并发症的发生率及住院治疗时间,提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing on patients with large prostate treated by TURP.Method：According to the grouping method of random number table,98 patients with large prostate（〉 45 ml） undergoing TURP were divided into control group and observation group.The control group were given conventional nursing,the observation group were given comfort care.The incidence of postoperative complications,the average hospitalization time and clinical nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result：The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that of control group（14.3% vs 26.5%,P〈0.05）.The average hospitalization time in the observation group were（7.6±2.2）d,and（11.5±3.2）d in the control group（P〈0.05）.The clinical nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 91.8%（45/49）,and 77.6%（38/49） in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comfort care can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in the large prostate for TURP patients and hospitalization time,improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
