摘要
笔者主要研究基于岗位的“实习式”行业英语教学模式,通过设计与岗位群匹配的行业英语实践教学模块,对医药类高职院校学生未来所从事的岗位群进行了分类,对教学内容、教学方法、考核评价和教学团队等方面进行了阐述;通过设计贸易类岗位群药店销售员岗位行业英语的教学内容和方法,具体例证了“实习式”教学模式的可行性以及对培养学生的医药行业英语综合技能和激发学生的创新精神所产生的积极作用。
The author researches into the "Hands-on" teaching mode of industrial English based on the post.Through designing the practical teaching mode of matching industrial English to position groups, she classifies the future position groups of students in Pharmaceutical Vocational College and illustrates the teaching contents, teaching methods, evaluation and teaching team.The feasibility of "Hands-on" teaching mode is proved by introducing the teaching contents and methods of English for pharmacy salesman from the trade position group.This teaching mode plays a positive role in developing students' comprehensive skills of industrial English and motivating their spirit of innovation.
