摘要 血小板微粒是血小板在活化和凋亡过程中产生的一种微颗粒,其膜上表达有多种活性标志物,使其具有重要的生物学活性。血小板微粒不仅具有很强的促凝活性,而且还有一定的抗凝、抗炎及介导细胞间信息传递的作用;其与心血管疾病的发生、发展密切相关,尤其与急性心肌梗死等血栓栓塞性疾病的关系更为密切。随着对血小板微粒认识的不断深入,其有可能成为心血管疾病新的诊疗靶点。 Platelet microparticle is generated with the activation and apoptosis of platelet ,the membrane of which has a variety of active markers,rendering important biological activities.The microparticle not only has strong procoagulating character, but also anticoagulating, anti-inflammatory and mediatiing information transmission between cells.It′s closely related to cardiovascular diseases,especially with acute myocardial infarction and other thromboembolic diseases .With the deepening of understanding of platelet microparticles , it′s expected to become a new diagnostic and therapeutic target for cardiovascular diseases .
