酒精性心肌病的发病机制与研究进展

The Pathogenesis and Research Progress of Alcoholic Cardiomyopathy

随着人们生活水平的提高,人们饮酒的频率和饮用量都明显增加,由此引起的健康问题逐渐引起人们的重视。酒精性心肌病是由于长期大量饮酒引起的非缺血性扩张型心肌病,近年来发病呈上升趋势。目前其发病机制尚未完全明确。研究表明,酒精损害心肌潜在的机制包括乙醇及其代谢产物对心脏的直接毒性作用、氧化应激、细胞死亡、脂肪酸代谢紊乱、蛋白质合成、分解障碍和神经内分泌系统功能紊乱等。

With people′s living standards improved , the frequency and the amount of people drinking alcohol are greatly increased,there is a growing emphasis on health problems caused by this condition .Alco-holic cardiomyopathy is a non-ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy caused by long-term heavy drinking,with a rising incidence in recent years.The pathogenesis of alcoholic cardiomyopathy is not yet entirely clear,while studies show that several mechanisms are implicated in mediating the adverse cardiomyopathy effects of etha-nol,including the direct toxic effects of ethanol and its metabolites on the cardiomyopathy ,the generation of oxidative stress,cell death,derangements in fatty acid metabolism and the disorder of protein synthesis and decomposition,and the dysfunction of the neuroendocrine system.
