摘要 凋亡抑制蛋白14-3-3ζ蛋白主要以同源/异源二聚体形式存在,是真核生物中广泛表达的酸性蛋白。14-3-3ζ蛋白通过募集配体分子参与调节细胞周期、有丝分裂、凋亡和侵袭等多个细胞过程。多项研究表明,14-3-3ζ蛋白在多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展和耐药中发挥重要作用;14-3-3ζ蛋白是通过调节靶蛋白间的相互作用在肿瘤细胞多条信号转导通路中发挥调控作用的;14-3-3ζ蛋白与肿瘤的发生和治疗密切相关。 As an anti-apoptotic protein,14-3-3ζis a widely expressed acidic polypeptide in all eucaryotic cells,which acts mainly as either homodimers or heterodimers.Through recruiting their ligands,14-3-3ζpro-tein has been implicated to regulate a diverse number of cellular processes including cell cycle ,mitosis,apop-tosis,and invasion.In recent years,a lot of studies showed that 14-3-3ζprotein is a positive factor in the onset,development and chemo-resistance of a variety of tumor.14-3-3ζprotein plays a role in cell signal transduction pathways through controlling interaction with targeting proteins .14-3-3ζprotein is closely involved in the occurrence and treatment of tumors.
