摘要 脊髓损伤是一种严重的致残,致死性损伤。其病理生理机制复杂,临床治疗效果不佳。随着脊髓损伤修复机制研究的深入和临床救治水平的提高,需要脊髓损伤动物模型研究的不断完善与发展。目前已有重物坠落法模型、钳夹模型、牵拉损伤模型等多种动物模型可较好地模拟不同形式脊髓损伤,为研究各类脊髓损伤的神经修复机制提供条件。该文就脊髓损伤动物实验模型的研究进展予以综述,为合理选用模型及制作与临床各类脊髓损伤发病机制更为接近的动物实验模型提供参考。 Spinal cord injury is a serious disabling,fatal damage.The pathophysiological mechanism is complex and the effect of clinical treatment is not perfect .It is necessary to develop spinal cord injury animal model constantly along with the deepening of spinal cord injury repair mechanisms study and improvement of theclinical treatment.There are various animal models,such as falling weight method model,clamps damage model and pull damage model,which can well simulate the different forms of spinal cord injury for the study of various types of spinal cord injury′s nerve repair mechanism.Here is to make a review of the research pro-gresses about animal models of spinal cord injury ,to provide the reference for choosing appropriate model and make the experimental models more closed to the clinical pathogenesis of spinal cord injury .
