摘要
创伤性凝血病(TIC)是一个复杂的病理生理过程,是多因素共同作用的结果,其发病率较高,大量输血后,如处理不当,会加重凝血病,凝血功能障碍是大量输血患者死亡的重要原因。早期识别TIC,适时合理启动大量输血方案,合理使用红细胞悬液、新鲜冰冻血浆、血小板和冷沉淀等可有效纠正TIC,提高输血效果,改善严重创伤患者的生存率。
Traumatic-induced coagulopathy ( TIC ) is a complex pathophysiological process.It is the result of interactions of multiple factors.The incidence of TIC is very high,which may aggravate coagulopathy after massive blood transfusion .Coagulation dysfunction is an important cause of death in patients with mas-sive blood transfusion.It can effectively correct TIC,and improve the transfusion effect and the survival rate of the patients with severe trauma through early identifying TIC, properly and timely starting massive transfusion scheme,and properly using RBC suspension, fresh frozen plasma, platelets and cryoprecipitation etc.to improve the survival of the injured.
